On 20 May 2025, from 9-11am, at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Phnom Penh, and the Cambodian Center for Regional Studies co-organized a talk on “International Law in the 21st Century” by Distinguished Speaker, H.E. Rena Lee, Ambassador for International Law of the Republic of Singapore. During her talk, Amb. Rena highlighted the importance and prospects of the international law in promoting interstate cooperation and addressing current global trends. About 120 participants attended this event, ranging from representatives of the Senate and the National Assembly, government officials, diplomatic corps, think tank community, academia, civil society and university students.
