Him Rotha, Deputy Director, CCRS shared his views with RFI Khmer on pathways to have constructive reconciliation between Cambodia and Thailand with three main points: (1) restore the diplomatic relations through sending the ambassador to each other; (2) de-politicize sectoral and functional cooperation; and (3) normalize economic connectivity and people-to-people exchanges. Some sensitive differences can be discussed through closed-door and technical dialogues with mutual understanding and good neighborliness.
