Amb. Pou Sothirak, Distinguished Senior Advisor to CCRS, was invited to join as a member the Asia-Pacific Leadership Network (APLN), a network of over 180 former and serving political, military, diplomatic leaders, and senior experts across 24 countries working to address the security challenges in the Asia-Pacific with a particular focus on nuclear non-proliferation, risk reduction, and disarmament.
APLN is a prestigious network whose the international advisory board chair is H.E. Dr. Marty Natalegawa, Former Foreign Minister of Indonesia. The mission of APLN is to inform and stimulate debate, to influence action, and to propose policy recommendations designed to address pertinent regional security challenges.
