Amb. Pou Sothirak, Distinguished Senior Advisor to CCRS, was invited to attend and speak at the interactive China-Cambodia-Thailand Track II Dialogue aiming to facilitate the implementation of the consensus of the Fuxian Meeting and advance the restoration of relations between Cambodia and Thailand. The Dialogue was organized by China Foreign Affairs University in Beijing on 10 February, 2026. There were open, frank, and interesting discussions among scholars and Think Tankers of the three countries. China plays constructive role in finding peaceful solution through the Fuxian agreement.
