Him Rotha, Deputy Director, CCRS shared his views on Cambodia’s engagement with ASEAN. He stressed the importance of the regional organization to Cambodia’s diplomatic space amidst the intensification of great powers’ competition and the evolution of geopolitical circumstances. Further than that, he highlighted the Kingdom’s roles in ASEAN along with some challenges over the past decades.
